Invitation-only service

TheCollabGrid is an Ops-controlled collaboration service for invited brands, agencies, creators, and authorized operations users. There is no public registration or public creator marketplace in version 1. Access may be refused, suspended, or removed when an account is inactive, unassigned, conflicting, compromised, or outside its approved scope.

Accounts and authorized use

  • Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
  • Use only the organization, creator identity, workspace, and campaign assigned to the account.
  • Do not scrape, probe, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, or use information for an unrelated purpose.
  • Invitations and authentication links are personal, time-limited, and may not be transferred.

Campaign workflow and decisions

Ops may curate creators, manage invitations, review responses, control brand visibility, record offline confirmations, and administer delivery. A recommendation, invitation, response, or portal status does not guarantee selection, payment, campaign performance, or continued availability. Material campaign decisions remain subject to the applicable agreement or statement of work.

Fees and confidentiality

Campaign price, creator compensation, service fee, taxes, invoicing, expenses, cancellation, and payment timing are governed by the applicable agreement. A managed-margin campaign may intentionally restrict creator-level fees, brand contract value, service fees, and margin. A transparent-fee campaign may show the agreed creator cost and approved service fee. Users must not infer undisclosed values from portal data or disclose confidential commercial information without authorization.

Content, rights, and advertising

Creators retain rights in pre-existing materials and content except for the rights expressly granted in an accepted campaign agreement. That agreement should address media, territory, duration, edits, paid amplification, whitelisting, exclusivity, attribution, and takedown. Participants must ensure claims are truthful, supported, and appropriately disclosed under applicable advertising and consumer-protection requirements.

External deliverable links

A creator may submit an approved HTTPS link such as a Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Frame.io, YouTube unlisted, Instagram draft or published-post link. TheCollabGrid records the URL against the creator, campaign, and deliverable. It does not host, fetch, verify ownership of, or malware-scan the linked content; access depends on the external provider's permissions and terms.

Availability and termination

The service may change, pause, or experience errors and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or campaign outcomes. TheCollabGrid may suspend or terminate access to protect users, investigate misuse, enforce these terms, or comply with law. Payment, confidentiality, intellectual-property, recordkeeping, dispute, and other obligations that by their nature continue after termination remain effective. Any additional liability, indemnity, notice, or termination terms in an applicable campaign agreement or statement of work also continue as stated there.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to any different dispute process agreed in a campaign agreement or statement of work. The service is operated by TheCollabGrid, registered at F-59, Raghav Marg.
